How do I enroll a new employee in coverage?

If you've hired someone eligible for coverage on the first of the month, please email our Support Team at with the following info and we will email them an invitation to enroll or waive coverage:

  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Home ZIP Code
  • Employee Email 
  • Hire Date
  • Classification (part-time or full-time)
  • [Optional] Provide the dates of birth for their spouse and/or children for the enrollment page to accurately reflect the cost for their entire family

Roster changes, enrollments, and waivers must be submitted to Decent at least 3 business days prior to the start of the month to be processed on time. Changes received after this date will have an effective date of the following month.
