How do I enroll a new employee in coverage?

If you've hired someone eligible for coverage on the first of the month, please email our Support Team at support@decent.com with the following info and we will email them an invitation to enroll or waive coverage:


  • Full Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Home ZIP Code
  • Employee Email 
  • Hire Date
  • Classification (part-time or full-time)
  • [Optional] Provide the dates of birth for their spouse and/or children for the enrollment page to accurately reflect the cost for their entire family


Roster changes, enrollments, and waivers must be submitted to Decent at least 3 business days prior to the start of the month to be processed on time. Changes received after this date will have an effective date of the following month.
