If you have remote primary care:

Once you're enrolled in coverage, you will choose a VDPC clinic from one of our options. Then, you will receive an email from the VDPC clinic to register your account and download their app. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your VDPC account.

Your VDPC doctor will be able to treat you, prescribe medications, and provide referrals when an in-person examination, specialist visit, or test is required. Your plan includes unlimited video, phone, and text visits with your VDPC doctor.

If you have in-person primary care:

You can select your in-person Direct Primary Care doctor from the Decent member portal. Sign in and click Select a Primary Care Provider from the Home page. You will see providers in your area and be able to choose one.

Your doctor will offer same-day and next-day in-person appointments for a minimum of 20 minutes, instead of the typical 8 minutes traditional providers offer. Additionally, you will have access to your doctor via phone, text, and video call.
